Check-in to a sunny state of mind.

Working 16 hour days in a demanding role as marketing manager for Swisse Wellness, as well as raising two young kids, Frida Ålgars found herself stressed, exhausted and as a result, leaving her skin dull and breaking out.

It was at this point that Frida took a step away from the corporate grind and started a business of her own that she knew many other women and mothers would be struggling with the same thing.

After 18 months of testing and development, Frida launched The Tenth Co, a natural supplement to support the body and the mind, with a mission to make every day feel like a vacation. 


LABEL DESIGN

A vacation in a bottle.

Frida came to me initially wanting a clean and fresh label design for her product vessels– Flow State and Deep Sleep State.

After exploring many different design options, we decided to go with a minimalist screen printed design that looks elevated and evokes a feelings of luxury and quality.

With a long list of ingredients and information, it was important that the design focussed on negative space to achieve a clean, uncluttered and refined look.

PACKAGING DESIGN

The unboxing experience.

The client wanted a premium and calming feel for the packaging, using warm vacation inspired colours and negative space for a sophisticated look. Embossed detailing was added for an extra sensory experience.

To enhance the unboxing experience, we included a thank you card and stickers that blend seamlessly with the packaging, using the brand blue consistently throughout for a cohesive and recognisable look.

SOCIAL DESIGN

Flowing the identity through to social.

The client was struggling with maintaining brand consistency in their social media presence. To resolve this, I created custom post and story templates that provided a clear structure for presenting complex information in a digestible way.

Using a range of fonts and layouts, I developed a typography system to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. The result was a visually cohesive and informative social media presence that effectively communicated the brand identity and scientific expertise to their audience.
